Executive Dave Coulter Endorses Jeremy Moss for Congress, Highlights Record Delivering for Oakland County
July 1, 2026
Oakland County, MI – Today, Sen. Jeremy Moss (D-Bloomfield) announced the endorsement of Oakland County Executive Dave Coulter, adding to the campaign’s growing coalition of leaders across the 11th Congressional District.
“Jeremy Moss is a fighter for our rights and our county,” said County Executive Coulter. “He helped deliver critical state funding to revitalize Pontiac’s downtown, infrastructure and small businesses. I know he shares that same passion to support every community and neighborhood in Oakland County. I am proud to endorse him for Congress so we can continue the important work of uplifting all voices in our county.”
Coulter’s endorsement highlights Moss’ record of delivering results for communities across Oakland County. In the Mighigan Senate, Moss prioritized state funding for housing, local roads, and water infrastructure throughout his district. Most notably, he championed an historic state investment in 2023 to redevelop Pontiac’s downtown, tear down the blighted Phoenix Center to reconnect Saginaw Street, spur small business growth, and return county employees and services to the city.
“Dave Coulter and I have delivered real results for Oakland County,” said Sen. Moss. “From redeveloping our county seat to advancing civil rights to protecting our democracy, we’ve worked closely together to improve the lives of families in our district. I’m honored to earn Dave’s endorsement, and I look forward to continuing our effective partnership in Congress.”
Coulter’s endorsement underscores Moss’ reputation as a results-oriented leader who brings people together to get things done for Oakland County families. Earlier this week, the Moss campaign announced endorsements from Pipefitters Local 636 and Congresswoman Hillary Scholten (D-MI-03), with more announcements coming in the days ahead.
