Jeremy Moss First to Submit Petitions for Ballot in 11th Congressional District, Showcasing Districtwide Momentum

April 14, 2026

Oakland County, MI – State Senate President Pro Tem Jeremy Moss (D–Bloomfield) announced today that his campaign for Michigan’s 11th Congressional District led the entire field in fundraising last quarter, further cementing his position as the clear frontrunner in the race.

Moss has now raised over $1 million this cycle to date and maintains a commanding cash-on-hand advantage over every other candidate in the Democratic primary.

“From day one, this campaign has been about bringing bold, new leadership to Congress to fight for Oakland County families,” Moss said. “The broad support we’ve earned across the district shows our message is resonating and that I’m the candidate best positioned to take on the chaos in Washington.”

The latest fundraising report is just one example of Moss’s campaign strength. Earlier this week, he was the first candidate to file petition signatures to secure a place on the ballot – powered by more than 50 volunteers around the district.

Moss also holds key endorsements from Gov. Gretchen Whitmer, Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson, Attorney General Dana Nessel, and more than 60 state, county, and local officials from the district who recognize Moss’s record of delivering results for Oakland County and commitment to bringing that fight to Congress.

With more than $1 million raised, a dominant cash-on-hand-position, and ballot access already secured, Moss is growing a campaign operation unmatched in scale and energy ahead of the August 4th primary election.
